The cottages are not furnished; feel free to bring your own flair to the furnishings.
Each cottage has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths and the Primary bedroom can fit 2 people.
Parking is available for $125 per month, and most cottages can reserve 2 spots. There is also a bus stop directly in front of the cottages on MLK Blvd. The Chapel Hill buses are free.

The free Chapel Hill bus system will pick up residents directly in front of 623 MLK.
